Personal Training                Please email to check the schedule

We are blessed to have a personal trainer, Tutu Lecko, as a member of the church, and equally blessed as he graciously offers his time and expertise to us.  People of all levels of fitness are welcome, and Tutu will attentively work with where you are and lead you toward greater wholeness of body, and of mind as well.  His encouraging and welcoming nature comes out with everyone.  However, don’t mistake his wonderful attitude as meaning that we don’t work hard with him.  He encourages us to become stronger and healthier, and he helps each person to push themselves in appropriate ways.  Come and join us for a wonderful hour.  And thank you Tutu!

Scripture as Theatre Workshop

The church continues to host the weekly Saturday morning workshops devoted to the exploration and development of original theatre works based on or reflective of Holy Scripture.  Meeting on Saturdays from 10:00 to 12:00 noon. via Zoom, these workshops are led by Gateway’s Associate Pastor and Artist-in-Residence Jim McGrath, a past winner of L.A. Theatre’s Ovation Award for playwriting, whose plays have been produced at the Goodman Theatre in Chicago, The Director’s Company in New York, the Passage Theatre in Trenton, and the Met Theatre in Los Angeles.

The workshops are open to anyone who may be interested in participating in the creation of original theatre works from scripture.  There is an exploration of all possible aspects of the theatre arts, including drama, music, dance, stage design, and the visual arts.
